Bring with you:
- A government-issued photo ID
- Your first-time patient status (tracked in your patient profile)

FAQs for New Shoppers
All new shoppers receive 20% off their purchases. Medical patients enjoy additional ongoing benefits, including tax-exempt purchases and access to medical-only pricing.
Medical patients can purchase up to 120 grams of cannabis flower or 36 grams of THC products in 30 days, as defined by the Maryland Cannabis Administration.
Adult-use customers (21+) can purchase up to 1.5 ounces of cannabis flower, 12 grams of concentrated cannabis, or products containing up to 750 milligrams of THC per day.
Some discounts cannot be combined. Our team will apply the best eligible offer at checkout for both medical and recreational customers.
Medical cannabis purchases are tax-exempt in Maryland, resulting in additional savings on top of any applicable discounts.
Recreational cannabis purchases are subject to Maryland’s 12% sales tax (as of July 2025).
Medical patients: Once you’re registered with the state, you can shop at The Living Room with your Patient ID and photo ID. Your customer profile will be tracked automatically.
Adult-use customers: Simply bring a valid, government-issued photo ID that shows you’re 21 or older. We’ll set up your customer profile during your first visit.
Maryland does not currently accept out-of-state medical cannabis cards. However, if you’re 21 or older, you can purchase from our adult-use selection.
Yes. All customers earn points with every purchase through our loyalty program, which can be redeemed on future purchases.
Medical patients: Bring a valid Maryland Medical Cannabis Patient ID and a government-issued photo ID.
Adult-use customers: Please bring a valid, government-issued photo ID showing you’re 21 years of age or older.
